Rates are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit (RM) and are subject to prevailing government taxes.
A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.
Full prepayment is required upon confirmation. Bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full, including taxes.
Not combinable with other promotions or discounts.
Under the Tourism Tax Act 2017, a Tourism Tax (TTx) of RM10 per room per night applies to tourists and non-resident guests. Malaysian citizens and permanent residents with MyPR cards are exempt. TTx will be collected at check-in and is not included in room rates.
A Sustainability Tax of RM3 per room per night will also be collected at check-in.
