  • A valid Mastercard card must be presented upon check-in for verification.
  • Offer is valid for eligible Mastercard cardholders in Asia Pacific only.
  • Unused complimentary night is non-refundable.
  • Rates quoted is in Malaysia Ringgit (RM)and subject to the prevailing government tax.
  • A valid Mastercard card is required for all reservations to secure your booking. Credit, debit, prepaid cards are eligible.
  • Full prepayment required. Bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • No-shows will incur a penalty equivalent to the full stay, including taxes.
  • Tourism Tax (RM10 per room per night): Applicable to non-Malaysian citizens and non-resident guests. Malaysian citizens and permanent residents with MyPR cards are exempt. The tax is collected at check-in.
  • Pahang Sustainability Fee (RM3 per room per night): Applicable to all guests and collected at check-in.
  • Check-in time is from 1500 hours, and check-out is before 1200 noon.
  • Blackout Period: 1 June 2026 – 30 September 2026 & Monsoon season (subject to hotel closure). Other blackout dates may apply.
